For the fifth time, Balkan Museum Network has been offering an opportunity to it’s members to gain support for their project idea through the small grants assistance mechanism.
Through more than thirty projects implemented since its establishment in 2006, BMN has supported project that raise the level of access and inclusion to culture and heritage, projects that offer opportunity to all members of the community to actively participate in the cultural life of the community and projects that bring people together and erase barriers.
This year, in total eight projects have been submitted for funding. Three applications have been awarded an assistance in total amount of 12.000,00 EUR.
Awarded projects are:
- “Shkodran Memories: Stories of Communism Passed Down”, implemented by The Site of Witness and Memory (part of Shkodra Historical Museum) together with Consulting and Development Partners (NGO), Albania
